Pseudococcus calceolariae

P. calceolariae is one of the most serious pest of citrus in many regions of the world. Besides being a severe pest, P. calceolariae has recently been shown to be a vector of the closterovirus associated with grapevine leafroll disease, and is implicated in the spread of this disease in vineyards.
